Attractions & Amusements in Myrtle Beach

Announcing the new Freestyle Music Park -- which was Hard Rock Park -- the new name also brings new rides and a new children's area.

The Kids in America section has lots of family friendly rides, a rock wall, a basketball court, play area and live shows.

The newly named park will still have the exhilarating rollercoasters and other rides from Hard Rock Park but will be rocking and rolling under different names. It is a world wide celebration of all types of music that everyone can enjoy.

North Myrtle Beach

There is a buzz going on in North Myrtle Beach about a smaller amusement park opening later this year. It will be one block from the ocean and the owners are determined to have the locals and visitors come by not charging admission. Sounds like there may be a siimilar yet smaller version of The Pavillion amusement park on the North Strand in the near future.
